Orders are eligible for return within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Return or cancellation is NOT accepted for orders that include custom tailoring, including fall & edging services.

Blouse bits are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please review your order carefully before purchase.

Return Shipping Process
Once the return request is approved, the product must be securely packed and shipped to the address below:

Product Condition for Returns
Returned products must:
- Be in original condition
- Be unused, unwashed, and unaltered
- Have price tag intact (and Silk Mark tag, if applicable)
- Maintain original saree folding
- Returns not meeting these conditions may be rejected.

Shipping Charges

For free shipping orders, a logistics charge of ₹75 per item (onward & return) will be deducted.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund / Gift Card Policy

Refunds or gift cards will be issued only after the returned item is received and approved by our quality assurance team.

Refund amount or gift card value will include only the product cost.

Any other costs incurred (shipping, COD charges, etc.) will not be refunded.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refund processing may take 7–10 working days from the date of initiation.
